Refund policy

  1. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for a replacement. Replacement (courier charges) of damaged or defective items will be on your own account.
  2. Photo evidence will need to be submitted to prove that damage to the products has been sustained.
  3. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
